Shame on me-LOL.

Shame on me! Yes it has been three months since I posted and I guess I kinda left everyone hanging.   First let me explain.   I was so excited about my last card and before giving it to someone special I completely forgot to take a picture to post later.   And of course it is the one card I am most proud of.   Then we lost our computer, I lost my craft room (again), summer hit, etc etc.  I have been still crafting a little here and there but I realize it doesn't happen unless I need to make a card for an occasion.   So yes shame on me :).   When I do-do it though I realize how much I really miss it.  It truly is my therapy.

Since we are talking about hanging, here is a little monkey treat for you.   Had a great weekend and spent Saturday over at the MFT Boutique.   Took a great class by Wendy Ramlakhan on copic coloring.   She is very talented and taught us about texturing with the colorless blender.   I met Wendy a few months back and was amazed by her coloring hair technique and this time around she taught us about fur and demin.  So my little monkey is a bit furry and the process is quite easy.  After you are finished coloring your image and it is completely dry, take your colorless blender refill and moisten a washcloth.   Then gently press your image.   Isn't this great, I mean isn't Wendy great?! I still have to practice on the denim technique but if you are curious hop on over to her blog at SugarPea Designs

Paper: SU Espresso, Kraft, Celery, DP Paper Studio Poteeka Souffle
Accessories:  MFT Dienamics Vine Border, Nesties Oval
Stamps: MFT Monkey Busines

Hope everyone is having a safe and fun summer.  Thanks for stopping by and I promise to post more and real soon.
